We are the Jet Engine MRO located in Helsinki Airport, Finland looking for experienced Jet Engine Mechanics to join our hospital shop visit team (SPAH) in our steadily developing and international company GA Telesis Engine Services (GATES). SPAH is a separate team within our MRO that is dedicated to performing surgical quick turn engine repairs onsite and offsite.
We are looking for a person who enjoys hands-on engine work and takes pride in delivering high-quality service for our customers. The ideal candidate has solid experience with CFM56 or CF6-80C2 jet engines, values precision and teamwork, and is motivated to further develop their expertise while sharing knowledge with colleagues.
We offer full-time permanent position and support in relocation to Finland for the candidates and their family members from abroad.

- CFM56-5B/7B & CF6-80C2 Special Procedure Workscopes
- Pre/Post Lease and Purchase inspections
- On wing inspections & repairs
- Hot section, Top/Bottom Case repairs
- Module replacements
- Engine Test Run & Preservation
- MPD Tasks renewal
- Compressor/Turbine Blade and Vane replacement

The ideal Engine Mechanic would have:
- 5 + years of hands-on mechanic experience working with CFM56 or CF6-80C2 jet engines
- Good English language skills to communicate, be able to read & interpret maintenance manuals and service bulletins
- Ability to take responsibility and ownership of work
- Flexibility with working times and shift work
- Strong motivation to learn new things
- Positive and hard-working attitude with a team player spirit
- Interest in training other mechanics and sharing knowledge
