Located at our headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale, the Lot Receiving Specialist plays a key role in maintaining high-quality standards while complying with GAT processes. This position is responsible for Teardown receiving quality control processes and procedures as applicable to aircraft parts, materials, and components.

Responsibilities:

Ensures compliance with Company standards and policies and performs all duties in accordance with the Company Quality and Safety Manuals and other regulatory guidelines
Inspect unit physical condition coming from Teardowns or LOT purchases
Receive units into our ERP system (Quantum)
Follow ATA Spec 300 Packing of Airlines Supplies
Quantum ERP system knowledge is a plus
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Able to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Possess strong organizational, analytical and administrative skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Solid mathematical skills
Ability to cross train in different departments
