This role is responsible for designing and developing engaging, impactful learning experiences for a diverse, global workforce. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to create high-quality training content that that enhances employee skills and supports business goals. This is a 100% on-site position with no remote or hybrid accommodations.

At our headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale, GA Telesis is seeking an Instructional Design Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for designing and developing engaging, impactful learning experiences for a diverse, global workforce. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to create high-quality training content that that enhances employee skills and supports business goals. Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including training guides, job aids, and FAQs, to support the implementation and ongoing usage of the content.
- Apply adult learning principles, gamification, microlearning, and adaptive learning techniques to improve engagement.
- Utilize e-learning authoring tools, AI-driven adaptive learning, and translation tools for multilingual and region-specific training.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and milestones, and effectively communicate project status and progress.
- Analyze learner feedback and training metrics to assess effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
- Develop learning experiences that resonate across global audiences, considering cultural differences, language nuances, and regional business needs.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify learning objectives, target audience characteristics, and training requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Incorporate gamification, microlearning, and adaptive learning techniques to enhance learner engagement.
- Design and develop engaging instructional materials, including eLearning courses, videos, job aids, and assessments aligned with learning objectives and business goals.
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), managers, and other stakeholders to gather and produce content, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven Experience (2+ years) in instructional design, eLearning development, or a similar role in a corporate training environment.
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), adult learning principles, and assessment techniques.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as iSpring, Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite such as Excel, Power Point, Lists, Word.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage, track, and evaluate training programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, present ideas, and create clear learning materials.
