We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our team, who will be responsible for manufacturing, bushings, bearings, and special tooling from raw materials consisting of aluminum, aluminum-nickel-bronze, stainless steel and 4340. The ideal candidate must be able to read and understand instructions from the production routing. This position is located in Medley, Florida.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our team, who will be responsible for manufacturing, bushings, bearings, and special tooling from raw materials consisting of aluminum, aluminum-nickel-bronze, stainless steel and 4340. The ideal candidate must be able to read and understand instructions from the production routing. This position is located in Medley, Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Program CNC machines to fabricate components from various metals ensuring tolerances meet strict aviation industry standards.
- Optimize and adjust CNC programs to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and ensure the quality of finished parts.
- Work closely with machinists and operators to troubleshoot and refine programs for improved machining performance and accuracy.
- Ensure all CNC programs comply with aviation quality standards, including AS9100 and other industry certifications.
- Perform simulations and tests of CNC programs to verify their accuracy and ensure no machine errors or part defects occur.
- Work with engineering and design teams to review and provide feedback on designs and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure that all parts are inspected and meet specifications.
- Maintain a detailed record of CNC programs, including revisions and updates, for traceability and future reference.
- Other duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or equivalent certification in CNC. programming, machining, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a CNC Programmer.
- Strong understanding of CNC machine setup, operation, and optimization for multi-axis machines.
- Strong written and oral communication.
