FSG is seeking a Whole Asset & Consignment Specialist to help with the management of whole asset acquisitions, leases, and consignments. Reporting to the Vice President of Production Line & Asset, the ideal candidate should have prior experience managing customer relationships in the aviation industry. This role is based on-site in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Responsibilities:

FSG is seeking a Whole Asset & Consignment Specialist to help with the management of whole asset acquisitions, leases, and consignments. Reporting to the Vice President of Production Line & Asset, the ideal candidate should have prior experience managing customer relationships in the aviation industry. This role is based on-site in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with Portfolio Manager(s) on all inbound “Requests for Proposals” (RFP) of whole assets and other supplemental material proposals.
- Follow up on legal documents, incoming teardowns, and asset inspections in Portfolio Managers’ absence.
- Monitor communication regarding whole asset and lease transactions, ensuring responsible parties stay abreast of relevant changes and timelines.
- Facilitate coordination with product lines as required.
- Assist Portfolio Managers in customer support functions as required.
- 2 years of experience in similar role in aviation or aerospace industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Experience utilizing ERP, CRM, and inventory management systems
- Prior experience managing customer relationships in the aviation industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Contracts negotiation experience is a plus
- Bachelors or technical degree in aviation/aerospace field is a plus
- Strong communication skills at different organizational levels
- Must be curious, self-confident, take ownership, and have a passion for aviation
- Must be organized and possess ability to communicate well orally and in writing
- Must be a hands-on team player to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a positive and professional demeanor
- Must be adaptable, detail oriented, diligent, energetic, patient, and a self-starter
- Must be able to work in a technical and detail specific environment
