Within GA Telesis Asset Management Team, we are seeking a Technical Records Director to manage our Records Team at our office in San Salvador, El Salvador. Reporting to the Vice President of Technical Asset Management the Technical Records Director will manage a team of records inspectors in different locations and audit Aircraft, Engine, APU, and Landing Gear Records. The ideal candidate will be extremely deadline-driven and thrive in a high-volume environment while providing support for the team.

Within GA Telesis Asset Management Team, we are seeking a Technical Records Director to manage our Records Team at our office in San Salvador, El Salvador. Reporting to the Vice President of Technical Asset Management the Technical Records Director will manage a team of records inspectors in different locations and audit Aircraft, Engine, APU, and Landing Gear Records. The ideal candidate will be extremely deadline-driven and thrive in a high-volume environment while providing support for the team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of records inspectors located in several different geographic locations
- Review commercial aircraft and engine records to ensure company assets have complete documentation in support of business and regulatory requirements
- Streamline work processes working cooperatively and jointly with team to provide seamless quality customer service
- Work with Airline or other customers as requested with records research
- Work with limited assistance and supervision, accurately and timely
- Continuously improving operations and decrease turnaround time
- Maintain extensive knowledge of Life Limited Records including Back to Birth Research
- Understanding and ability to research Airworthiness Directives
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience including supervisory experience
- Previous technical records / representative experience with an Aerospace firm
- Detailed oriented with an eye for continuous improvement
- Excellent English communications skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to solve problems under pressure
- Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Word and Access)
