Within GA Telesis Asset Management Team, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Technical Records Analyst to manage our Records Team reporting to the Technical Records Director. GA Telesis is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Technical Records Analyst to join our Asset Management Team. The ideal candidate will ensure the accurate management, organization, and integrity of technical documentation related to aircraft and engine assets.
Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and organize large records files for commercial aircraft, engines, APU and landing gear, life limited parts and components (QEC, Hard Time, OCCM).
- Perform back to birth records audits for commercial aircraft, engines, APU, landing gear, life limited parts and components (QEC, Hard Time, OCCM) ensuring that all relevant operator statuses/statements & maintenance documentation is provided to maintain airworthiness/serviceability as well as commercial viability.
- Audit operator maintenance statuses (LDND, MODS/STCs) , Airworthiness Directive and Service Bulletin statuses, ensuring compliance and locating relevant DFP paperwork.
- Generate marketing summary reports (cover sheets, installation/removal histories, disk sheets), component trace packages, engine, APU and landing gear minipacks as well as aircraft specification sheets.
- Provide technical records support to commercial teams for whole asset and individual component sales.
- Review commercial aircraft and engine records to ensure company assets have complete documentation in support of business and regulatory requirements
- Streamline work processes working cooperatively and jointly with team to provide quality seamless customer service
- Work with Airline or other customers as requested with records research
- Work with limited assistance and supervision, accurately and timely
- Continuously improve operations and decrease turnaround time
- Understanding and ability to research Airworthiness Directives
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
- General understanding of aircraft/engine/landing gear and APU components (LLPs, Hard Time, OCCM, QEC/LRU)
- General understanding of aircraft/engine/landing gear and APU statuses/statements
- Proficiency using Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat and an ability to adapt to multiple records file share and auditing systems/software.
- Detailed oriented with an eye for continuous improvement
- Excellent English communications skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Word and Access)
