- Maintain regulatory training compliance and records governance by ensuring required training records, certifications, transcripts, completion evidence, and historical archives are accurate, complete, current, and audit-ready in accordance with applicable regulatory, quality, and internal requirements, including FAA, EASA, SAFA, ESG, ISO, AS9100, and company policy.
- Maintain and govern regulatory training matrices that define required training, who must complete it, the applicable regulatory or business requirement, course assignment, recurrence, effective dates, and applicable audit or compliance obligations.
- Support regulatory, quality, and internal audits end-to-end by maintaining an audit calendar, identifying training requirements in advance, validating records and supporting evidence, coordinating evidence collection, identifying gaps, and clearly explaining the basis and integrity of training records when evidence is reviewed.
- Monitor training compliance and proactively identify risk by analyzing training records, completion data, recurring requirements, and business-unit trends to identify gaps, inconsistencies, overdue requirements, data issues, and potential audit-readiness concerns.
- Prepare and communicate training compliance reporting to business-unit and functional leaders on a defined cadence, including completion trends, significant gaps, emerging risks, and audit-readiness concerns. Escalate issues with a clear recommendation or action required from leadership rather than managing individual employee completion follow-up.
- Serve as a cross-functional compliance resource to HR, Quality, operational leaders, and other stakeholders by providing guidance on regulatory training requirements, clarifying documentation expectations, identifying potential compliance concerns, and escalating matters requiring regulatory, legal, quality, or subject-matter expertise.

- Strong analytical skills to identify compliance risk and trends in learning data
- Excellent, direct verbal and written communication
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Highly organized; manages multiple concurrent compliance tracks and priorities
- Proactive and self-directed
- Change management aptitude
- Preferred: aviation industry experience, familiarity with aviation regulatory requirements
