The Sales and Sourcing Specialist builds and maintains professional relationships with both clients and vendors while supporting sourcing strategies that require specialized knowledge of the aviation industry. This role is responsible for processing orders and preparing quotes to help meet our clients’ business needs and support company sales goals. The position reports directly to the Inside Sales Director and is based on-site in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Responsibilities:

  • Process quotes on parts and services based on client requirements.
  • Fulfill quotes requests from stock and/or brokering materials.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
  • Maintain customer opportunities accurately within CRM.
  • Follow and adhere to parts traceability requirements.
  • Track shipments from freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure prompt delivery and accurate destination.
  • Review and resolve Non-Conforming Material (NCO) discrepancies.
  • Forecast, plan, track, and achieve sales revenue goals with gross margin projections.
  • Prepare, present, and deliver sales productivity analytics to stakeholders.
  • Travel may be required (Less than 10%)

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
  • 2–4 years of relevant sales experience in aviation and/or aerospace industries.
  • Experience in sales accounting, inventory, or aviation/industrial sectors is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, CRM, ERP, ILS, cloud-based and data analysis tools.
  • Bilingual, English/Spanish (written and spoken).
