GA Telesis MRO Services Component Repair Group (CRG) is committed to providing the most comprehensive aircraft maintenance, repair, overhaul, and logistic support services to the commercial rotor and fixed-wing aircraft markets. We are seeking an experienced Lead Fuel Technician to join our award-winning team with a focus on the maintenance of aviation maintenance, fuel components in accordance with component maintenance manual instructions (C.M.M.). This position supports supervisory functions by coordinating daily work activities, guiding production staff, and monitoring equipment and process performance. The Lead Fuel Technician ensures that all safety protocols, quality standards, and production targets are consistently met, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. They serve as a key liaison between management and production employees, facilitating communication, training, and problem resolution to maintain smooth operations and high employee morale. This position is based in Miami, FL.

Eligibility Requirement: Only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.
- Lead fuel component testing, repairs, overhauls, and/or alterations in accordance with parts 43 and 145 in the Code of Federal Regulations, with particular emphasis on fuel-controlled actuation, pumps, valves, controls, HMU's, etc.
- Documents procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g., repairs, test results, applicable modifications, and inspection results).
- Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components.
- Troubleshoots complex pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
- Inspects components and verify repairs for flightworthiness requirements.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of production processes and equipment; report issues promptly
- Train, evaluate, and develop production staff to maintain high performance
- Organize and coordinate workflow for efficient and smooth operations
- Enforce company policies, rules, procedures, and safety regulations consistently
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training, or four years related experience
- A&P certified preferable, and capable of performing full maintenance IAW all OEM technical data.
- Aviation MRO Software-Quantum Control preferred
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience preferred
