GA Telesis is looking for an Associate Learning Experience Designer to join our growing team on-site at our global headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. This junior-level role is ideal for someone eager to apply their instructional design skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This candidate will bring new, engaging, and visually appealing learning experiences to life.

GA Telesis is looking for an Associate Learning Experience Designer to join our growing team on-site at our global headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. This junior-level role is ideal for someone eager to apply their instructional design skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This candidate will bring new, engaging, and visually appealing learning experiences to life.
Note: This is not a role in UX/UI design.
While this role requires strong visual design skills and the ability to craft engaging, interactive digital learning experiences, it is not focused on web, product, or application user experience (UX) design. This role centers on learning design, instructional strategy, and adult education principles. Ideal candidates will have a background in instructional design, eLearning development, or corporate training, not software or interface design.
Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling, interactive, and accessible digital learning content using multimedia tools and platforms
- Refresh, update, and optimize legacy training content to align with current standards, brand guidelines, and learner needs
- Leverage technology to support multilingual and region-specific learning initiatives, including subtitling, translation tools, and AI-driven adaptive learning
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and milestones, and effectively communicate project status and progress
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), managers, and other stakeholders to gather and produce content, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational goals
- Create polished, practical learning support materials, including job aids, user guides, process documentation, quick reference cards, and virtual training resources
- Support learning effectiveness by incorporating feedback and making data-informed updates to enhance the learner experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or a similar L&D content creation role
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), adult learning principles, and assessment techniques
- Strong proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise), Canva, PowerPoint, iSpring, or similar platforms for visual and multimedia design
- Experience using video or animation tools like Vyond, Camtasia, or Adobe Premiere
- Strong graphic design instincts with attention to layout, readability, and accessibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, present ideas, and create clear learning materials
