*Only Internal Candidates from MRO will be considered.* We are seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor to join our team. The Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible for conducting internal and external audits, inspections, and investigations to ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and quality standards. This role helps maintain operational integrity by identifying non-conformances and supporting corrective and preventive actions across the repair station and its vendors. This position is based in Medley, FL.
Responsibilities:
Conduct scheduled and unscheduled audits of internal operations, facilities, vendors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies
Evaluate the adequacy of facilities, tooling, and procedures to support safe and effective maintenance operations
Monitor compliance with FAA 14 CFR Parts 43, 145, and 121, ensuring approved technical data is used during maintenance
Investigate incidents of non-compliance, document findings, and support the development of corrective action plans
Oversee technician training requirements and the tool control and calibration programs
Ensure receiving inspections are conducted per company procedures for incoming parts and materials
Validate that final inspections are properly performed prior to releasing aircraft or components for return to service
Provide support in maintaining quality records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and customer requirements
Act as a liaison with external auditors and regulatory agencies during audits and inspections
Perform additional quality-related tasks and assignments as directed by the Quality Manager
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
