Finance Intern

We are seeking a Finance Intern for Summer 2026 to join the team. The Finance Intern will support the finance team with day-to-day operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented student looking to develop real-world experience in corporate finance within the fast-paced and highly regulated aviation industry. This position is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Assist with preparing monthly financial reports and variance analyses
  • Help maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Conduct research on industry trends and financial benchmarks
  • Assist in accounts payable/receivable processes
  • Help prepare internal presentations and dashboards using Excel or Power BI
  • Participate in audit preparations and compliance documentation
  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses and projects as assigned

Qualifications: 
  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.) is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
