The Senior Human Resources Systems Integration & Data Analyst is responsible for the administration, optimization, and integration of the organization’s Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), while leveraging HR data to drive strategic decision-making. This role combines technical system expertise with advanced data analysis to support HR operations, improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure compliance with employment laws and data privacy standards.  Reporting to the Vice President of People Operations, the Analyst partners closely with HR leadership, IT, and executive stakeholders to enhance systems functionality, generate insights, and implement data-driven HR initiatives.  This role is based onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Responsibilities: 
HR Systems Administration & Integration
  • Oversees and maintains optimal function of the ADP Workforce Now System including system add-ons, including system configuration, customization, upgrades, and module implementation in alignment with the Sr. Payroll and Benefits Manager and International Payroll Manager.
  • Serves as the primary liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS-related systems, projects and integrations.
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and training to HRIS users.
  • Develops and maintains system documentation, including workflows, reports, and user guides.
  • Identifies opportunities for system enhancements; recommends and implements solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensures HR systems comply with data security, privacy regulations, and best practices.
  • Stays current on trends and developments in HR technology and HRIS platforms.
  • Maintains, and creates all data reporting required for the businesses including standard and ad hoc reporting.
  • Collects, compiles, and analyzes HR data from multiple sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, surveys, exit interviews, and external labor statistics.
  • Leads data compensation data analysis to drive compensation banding for all businesses where required.
  • Identifies trends and patterns in recruitment, retention, employee engagement, compensation, and compliance.
  • Develops dashboards, automated reports, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
  • Prepares and presents findings and actionable insights to HR leadership and senior executives.
  • Recommends data-driven strategies to improve talent acquisition, employee retention, engagement, and organizational culture.
  • Supports the implementation of HR initiatives such performance management processes, merit planning and workforce planning.
  • Assists with classification audits to ensure compliance with exempt/nonexempt and safety sensitive status regulations.
  • Supports budgeting, staffing plans, and workforce analytics.
  • Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of employee data and sensitive information.
  • Supports audits and reporting requirements related to 401(K) audits, workers’ compensation audits and other company financial related audits.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems – preferably ADP Workforce Now, and data reporting tools (or ability to quickly learn).
  • Strong technical aptitude, including experience with system configuration, reporting, and data management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Thorough understanding of payroll processing and reporting procedures.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, 401(k) audits and workers’ compensation audits.
  • Experience with HR systems implementation, integration, or optimization is strongly preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
