Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for new team members.
- Update and manage databases related to parts inventory, orders, and vendor information.
- Assist in preparing data-driven reports for supply chain analysis.
- Monitor compliance and alert teams to required updates or changes.
- Answer phones, route calls, and handle general inquiries.
- Serve as reception back-up as needed.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience (aviation or supply chain experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of aviation industry terminology and practices.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes, warehouse management, or procurement.
