Fuel Technician

GA Telesis MRO Services Component Repair Group (CRG) is committed to providing the most comprehensive aircraft maintenance, repair, overhaul, and logistic support services to the commercial rotor and fixed-wing aircraft markets. We are seeking an experienced Fuel Technician to join our award-winning team with a focus on the maintenance of aviation maintenance, fuel components in accordance with component maintenance manual instructions(C.M.M.).
Responsibilities:
- To accomplish fuel component testing, repairs, overhauls, and/or alterations in accordance with parts 43 and 145 in the Code of Federal Regulations, with particular emphasis on fuel-controlled actuation, pumps, valves, controls, HMU's, etc.
- Documents procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g., repairs, test results, applicable modifications, and inspection results).
- Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components.
- Troubleshoots complex pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
- Inspects components and verify repairs for flightworthiness requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Typically 4 or more years of related experience in aviation or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A&P certified preferable, and capable of performing full maintenance IAW all OEM technical data.
- Basic computer skills required (Microsoft suite)
- Technical or trade school certifications
- Aviation MRO Software-Quantum Control
