GA Telesis is looking for a Learning & Development Intern to join our team. This role will support our Learning and Development (L&D) function by assisting in the administration, coordination, and implementation of training programs and learning initiatives. Ideal for individuals looking to start a career in L&D, this position offers hands-on experience with learning management systems (LMS), content development, and training logistics within a collaborative environment. This is a paid internship ($15-16/hr) with the possibility to grow into a permanent role.

This role will support our Learning and Development (L&D) function by assisting in the administration, coordination, and implementation of training programs and learning initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the Learning Management System (LMS) by uploading and organizing course content, tracking learner progress, and troubleshooting basic issues.
- Respond to learner inquiries, providing support and guidance on accessing and navigating learning resources.
- Help maintain training records, attendance, and certification tracking to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and webinars, including logistics, invitations, and materials preparation.
- Generate reports on learning engagement, completion rates, and other metrics, helping identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain an L&D calendar, ensuring all upcoming training events and deadlines are communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the development and distribution of internal communications to promote L&D initiatives, such as newsletters, email announcements, or intranet posts.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
